Center Cross Church is a new church being planted in the Pittsburgh suburb of Monroeville. It is our prayer to also serve the neighboring Pitcairn, Wilmerding, and Turtle Creek areas. No matter who you are, we want to engage with you, showing you a Christ-like love from Jesus our Lord; Savior of the world.
We believe that there is no greater act of love that has been done or ever will be done then
the death of Jesus on the center cross. It is our aim to ensure that we stimulate others through word and deed to reconcile those things and voices that are not of God; so that all will see that this world does not define how special and unique they are. We all have sinned and fallen short of the glory of God. But we believe that salvation through Jesus Christ purifies us. We believe that the comfort of the Holy Spirit empowers us to reconcile our sins; and forgive ourselves and others, just as Christ forgives us.
We believe that God wants to be displayed through humanity. That is why we do not judge the wounds of the hurting or the trauma of the hurting. We have been hurt, and are still hurting too. We know a God who cares about helping the hurting and healing the hurting; and many times God does this through people. And if God chooses to use us; we are willing to be used by God for God’s glory and to show you that you are loved. So let’s come together to The Center, love God, be reconciled by God; love one another, and reconcile among on another.”
